Examples of inspection subjects
It can detect tiny metal foreign bodies that are difficult to detect usingconventional metal detectors or X-ray inspection systems.
Inspection is possible without being affected by aluminum.
Since it is not affected by aluminum, it can be used to inspect retort pouches, canned goods, etc. for metallic foreign bodies. In addition, since the inspection accuracy does not decrease due to changes in salt, moisture, or temperature of the inspected product, it is suitable for inspecting pickles and frozen foods.
Since it can detect even tiny pieces of stainless steel (SUS304), it is also effective for inspecting paste, kneaded products, and powdered materials.
Examples of foreign body
It is effective at detecting foreign bodies that conventional metal detectors and X-ray inspection machines have difficulty detecting. ( It is impossible to detect alminium and brass )
Composition
1.Magnetizing unit
When metallic foreign bodies pass through the magnetizing unit, they become magnetized.
Although stainless steel is non-magnetic material, it becomes magnetized when subjected to cutting, bending, or other forces.
Aluminum and brass are not magnetized, so the magnetic sensor will not react to them.
2. Highly sensitive magnetic sensor
A highly sensitive magnetic sensor detects the magnetic field emitted by magnetized metal foreign bodies. Since aluminum does not become magnetized, it does not affect magnetic sensors, making it possible to detect only magnetized foreign bodies. In addition, changes in temperature or salt content of the inspected product do not affect the sensor.
3. Conveyor belt
The structure makes it easy to attach and detach from the metal detector body, making it extremely easy to maintain.
