In principle, our maintenance parts are kept for 7 years after final shipment.
Parts that have passed their handling deadline may take some time to arrange. We would ask for your understanding that if maintenance parts are not available, it may not be possible to restore the equipment.

In addition to discontinuing the handling of maintenance parts for MetaHawk I (“SD”) as of the end of April 2019, we will also discontinue the handling of maintenance parts for MetaHawk II as of the end of April 2025.(Excluding some models)
Due to this, please kindly consider updating to MetaHawk3PLUS.
