As customers have become increasingly concerned about food quality in recent years, complaints have been on the rise over the past few years, and there has been growing internal attention on finding effective countermeasures.
Reason of installation：Appearance and texture are essential for sausages. Any defects in shape can damage the product image.
Depending on the product, especially for bagged sausages like these, the “snap” of the casing when bitten is highly valued.
Since broken or chipped sausages can harm the brand image, the company found the AI inspection system, which efficiently sorts defective products, very attractive and decided to implement it.
