When introducing a new X-ray inspection system, we want to introduce a good performance inspection system that can find small bones and other foreign bodies.
Solution
We propose a high-sensitivity model equipped with a high-precision dual-energy sensor. Compared to our conventional models, this model is capable of detecting foreign bodies with clearer image quality, making it suitable for detecting small foreign bodies.
Background：We want an X-ray inspection machine that can detect small foreign bodies.
At the time, we were using the same basic X-ray inspection system used in our industry, and we wanted to purchase an X-ray inspection system with better performance to differentiate ourselves. We made inquiries to several companies to find one that would meet our requirements.
Reason of installation：To remove small foreign bodies that cannot be detected by existing X-ray inspection systems.
Sometimes the existing X-ray inspection system was not enough to detect foreign bodies to be removed, and we wanted to install an inspection system with good performance as soon as possible. A System Square's personnel very helpfully made proposals meeting our needs, including where in the production line the inspection system should be installed.
How it works：Differentiation from other companies in the same industry was achieved by introducing a highly sensitive X-ray inspection system.
Although we started installing X-ray inspection systems following our industry, the new systems have improved productivity and allowed us to differentiate ourselves from competitors. By adding an X-ray inspection system with better performance than the previous one, we are now able to remove smaller bones and foreign bodies than before, leading to improved product quality.
